HEN Technologies, a pioneer in intelligent fire suppression, has secured $22 million in funding—comprising a $20 million Series A round led by O’Neil Strategic Capital, with participation from NSFO, Tanas Capital, and z21 Ventures, alongside $2 million in venture debt from Silicon Valley Bank. The capital will accelerate the global deployment of Fluid-IQ™, HEN’s predictive AI platform built on advanced fluid dynamics hardware.

CEO Dr. Sunny Sethi emphasized that modern wildfires and faster-burning structures demand more than incremental solutions. “We are moving beyond optimizing tools to optimizing strategy, using Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs) and AI-powered decision support. This is essential infrastructure for climate resilience and national security,” Sethi stated.

HEN’s IoT-enabled hardware captures real-time data on flow, pressure, and pattern performance, enabling predictive AI models that improve fire extinguishment speed and reduce water usage by 67%. COO Akshay Thakor added that the company is scaling partner enablement, customer experience, and technical operations to deploy its technology worldwide.

Alex Garden, Managing Partner of O’Neil Strategic Capital, remarked, “HEN’s hardware-first approach and predictive AI platform are poised to redefine how fires are managed globally. Their proven results with over 1,000 organizations underscore the transformative potential of this technology.”

HEN’s footprint spans 100 distributors across 20 countries, with a dedicated team of over 100 product demonstration specialists to provide hands-on evaluations of its platform. Raj Singh, Managing Partner at z21 Ventures, highlighted the paradigm shift HEN introduces: “Their AI-driven fluid dynamics platform is not just about efficiency—it represents a new standard for public safety worldwide.”

Editorial Perspective: HEN Technologies represents a rare intersection of deep tech, climate resilience, and operational safety. By integrating AI, IoT, and advanced fluid dynamics into a unified operating system for fire suppression, the company is establishing the infrastructure for predictive, data-driven firefighting. As wildfires escalate in intensity and frequency, HEN’s approach—combining hardware intelligence with scalable AI—positions it as a category-defining leader with potential global impact. The company’s commitment to operational expansion and partner enablement ensures that its technology will be both widely adopted and effectively implemented, addressing a critical gap in fire defense systems worldwide.

HEN Technologies’ continued innovation and strategic funding highlight its capability to redefine fire response from a reactive process to an anticipatory, intelligent network, setting a benchmark for the entire industry.
