Arcads.ai, a fast-rising artificial intelligence company redefining how marketing videos are produced at scale, has raised $16 million in Seed funding, marking a significant milestone in its growth journey. The round was led by Eurazeo, with participation from Alpha Intelligence Capital and international backers including the Sequoia Scout Program.
The investment comes at a pivotal moment for Arcads.ai, which is already profitable and serves more than 6,000 clients globally. The fresh capital will be deployed to accelerate product development, expand video-generation capabilities, and strengthen the company’s footprint in the United States, including the establishment of a San Francisco office.
Founded in 2024 by Dylan Fournier and Romain Torres, Arcads.ai has quickly emerged as a preferred platform for marketing teams seeking speed, scalability, and performance. The company enables users to generate social-ready marketing videos within minutes, offering formats such as UGC-style AI actors, product demonstrations, fashion try-ons, and unboxing videos—delivered in more than 35 languages.
From firsthand frustration to scalable solution
The origins of Arcads.ai are deeply rooted in operational reality. Before launching the platform, Fournier and Torres built and scaled a marketing agency followed by a mobile app studio. Across these ventures, they repeatedly encountered the same bottleneck: the difficulty of producing thousands of high-performing marketing videos quickly enough to compete in crowded digital channels.
That recurring challenge became the foundation for Arcads.ai. Built by a lean team of just seven people, the platform rapidly gained traction and now generates more than 100,000 video assets per month. Its appeal spans app studios, consumer brands, agencies, and independent founders—anyone seeking professional-grade video output without the cost or complexity of traditional production.
Scaling innovation and deepening U.S. presence
With more than half of its users already based in the United States, Arcads.ai views the market as a core growth engine. The new funding will support deeper investment in AI research, expanded creative formats, and localization capabilities, ensuring the platform continues to meet the evolving needs of performance-driven marketing teams.
“We created Arcads.ai to remove the barriers that slow marketing teams down when they need to create a large volume of videos quickly and affordably,” said Dylan Fournier, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Arcads.ai. “This is a problem we personally faced for years. Today, the results speak for themselves—we’re already profitable, and this funding allows us to accelerate development and better serve our growing U.S. user base.”
From an investor’s perspective, the company’s positioning aligns with broader shifts in digital marketing. “In nearly every market we track, distribution and visibility have become decisive factors,” said Thomas Turelier, Managing Director, Venture Digital at Eurazeo. “By giving marketing teams a structural advantage in the competition for attention, Arcads.ai demonstrates strong international traction, and we are pleased to support the company in this next phase.”
Editorial View: Why Arcads.ai’s momentum matters
From an industry standpoint, Arcads.ai is operating at the intersection of two powerful trends: the explosion of short-form video and the growing reliance on AI-driven creative workflows. As customer acquisition costs rise and attention spans shrink, the ability to test, iterate, and localize video content at speed is no longer optional—it is strategic. Platforms that meaningfully reduce this friction are likely to become foundational tools for modern marketing teams.
What sets Arcads.ai apart is not only its technology, but also its execution discipline. Achieving profitability at such an early stage while serving thousands of customers suggests a strong product–market fit. The company’s focus on performance-oriented formats rather than purely aesthetic outputs positions it well for sustained relevance in competitive advertising environments.
Looking ahead, the expansion into the U.S. market and continued investment in AI capabilities signal a clear long-term vision. If Arcads.ai continues to balance innovation with operational efficiency, it has the potential to become a defining player in the global marketing technology ecosystem.
