The Altitude Group has named Stéphanie Lynch-Habib as the new Managing Director of Covage, effective September 15, 2025, succeeding Aymeric de Cardes. Covage, France’s third-largest fibre optic infrastructure provider serving the wholesale business market, is set to enter a new phase of expansion under Lynch-Habib’s leadership.
Acquired by the Altitude Group in 2021, Covage stands out as the only French wholesale operator delivering a full spectrum of connectivity solutions—ranging from fibre (FTTO, FTTH, FTTE) to mobile (4G, 5G)—dedicated exclusively to enterprises. During Aymeric de Cardes’ tenure, Covage completed its integration into the Altitude portfolio while advancing network expansion and digitalisation to enhance service quality.
Stéphanie Lynch-Habib brings over 25 years of international experience across telecom and technology sectors, having held senior roles at Lucent Technologies and AT&T. Most recently, she was President of euNetworks, where she directed operations and go-to-market strategy during the firm’s recapitalisation. Her tenure as Chief Marketing Officer at Colt Technology Services and the GSMA further underlines her expertise in steering transformational growth and marketing innovation.
Expressing enthusiasm for her new role, Lynch-Habib stated, “Joining Covage, part of the Altitude Group, marks an exciting chapter. Our extensive reach across France uniquely positions us to address the connectivity needs of businesses of all sizes and to accelerate the digital transformation of regional markets.”
Dorothée Lebarbier, Chairperson and CEO of the Altitude Group, emphasized the timing of this appointment: “Stéphanie’s leadership and sector expertise come at a pivotal moment for Covage. Following years of consolidation, the company is poised for growth, and her guidance will be instrumental in meeting our strategic ambitions. We also extend our sincere thanks to Aymeric de Cardes for his dedication and professionalism.”
