PLATMA Secures $2M Pre-Seed Funding for Revolutionary AI-Driven No-Code Platform

PLATMA, an innovative force in the no-code development space, has successfully secured $2 million in pre-seed funding to further advance its AI-powered platform. The Ukrainian-origin startup, which is now valued at $20 million, is setting new standards in the industry by translating natural language directly into functional code.

The core of PLATMA’s technology lies in its advanced natural language processing (NLP) algorithms, which enable users to create complex business solutions by simply articulating their needs in plain English. This cutting-edge platform promises to democratize digital development, making sophisticated business automation accessible to those without any programming expertise.

With its headquarters in the United States and a diverse team spread across Ukraine, Cyprus, Portugal, and Kazakhstan, PLATMA is already making waves globally. The platform boasts over 10,000 registered users and has facilitated the creation of several thousand applications across a wide range of industries. Notable clients hail from various countries including the United Arab Emirates, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Slovenia, and beyond.

The funding round was spearheaded by significant contributions from Almaz Capital and EA Group, each investing $500,000. Additional backing came from Startup Wise Guys of Estonia, CAUCASUS VC of Azerbaijan, and prominent Kazakh venture capital firms such as Tumar Venture Fund, MOST Ventures, and ACTIVAT VC. Business angel Murat Abdrakhmanov also supported the initiative.

PLATMA’s co-founder, Yaroslav Kologryvov, emphasized the company’s mission: “At PLATMA, our goal is to simplify digital transformation for every business. By enabling companies to automate processes without the inherent complexities, we aim to empower micro and small businesses—which constitute 90% of companies globally—to reallocate their time towards growth and innovation. We believe our tools have the potential to drive substantial change.”

Erik Aubakirov, CEO of EA Group, shared his enthusiasm for the collaboration: “We are thrilled to work with the PLATMA team. Their technology stands to significantly optimize processes for small and medium-sized enterprises worldwide, offering them substantial savings on development costs.”

PLATMA’s advisory board includes Christoph Daszkiewicz, a distinguished authority in the no-code field and Head of Software at Schneider Electric, underscoring the platform’s credibility and potential.

The newly acquired funds will be directed towards enhancing PLATMA’s technology, expanding its team, and penetrating new markets, signaling a bright future for the company.
