doinstruct Raises €7.6M to Revolutionize Digital Training for Frontline Workers

doinstruct, a pioneering platform dedicated to digital skills training for frontline workers, has announced a significant funding milestone with €7.6 million raised from Creandum to accelerate its growth strategy.

With 80% of the global workforce comprising frontline workers in critical sectors such as food processing, logistics, hospitality, retail, and manufacturing, doinstruct aims to fill a crucial gap in training solutions that are often deemed outdated and ineffective. These workers play a vital role in everyday operations yet face challenges accessing relevant, up-to-date training that meets regulatory standards and operational demands.

Led by CEO and Co-founder Charlotte Rothert, doinstruct has developed a mobile-first training platform designed to cater specifically to the needs of deskless workers. This innovative approach ensures that training content is not only accessible across multiple languages but also continuously updated in collaboration with regulatory bodies and certification authorities.

Charlotte Rothert expressed her vision behind doinstruct: “Having experienced firsthand the challenges of training a diverse workforce in sectors like agriculture and logistics, I recognized the urgent need for a modern, scalable solution. doinstruct was born out of a desire to empower frontline workers with barrier-free, compliant, and effective training tools that transcend language and time constraints.”

Founded in 2021 by Charlotte Rothert, Daniel Marinkovic, Thorsten Groß, and Mona Feder, doinstruct has rapidly gained traction, serving over 170 customers including prominent European brands like Voelkel, Wiesenhof, Hengstenberg, and Echterhoff. The funding infusion from Creandum, alongside existing investors HTGF, D11Z, and notable individuals like Bastian Karweg and Andreas Hettich, underscores confidence in doinstruct’s mission and technology.

Simon Schmincke, General Partner at Creandum, highlighted the transformative potential of doinstruct: “The global workforce of frontline workers has long been underserved by traditional training methods. doinstruct’s user-centric platform addresses this gap effectively, offering a scalable solution that enhances workforce capabilities while meeting stringent industry standards.”

Looking ahead, doinstruct plans to utilize the funding to accelerate product development, expand into new verticals beyond food, logistics, and construction, and establish a stronger international presence. This strategic growth trajectory aims to not only meet the evolving needs of industrial sectors but also set new benchmarks in digital skills training for the modern workforce.
