ModMed Appoints Dan Costantino as Chief Information Security Officer

ModMed®, a leader in practice technology solutions, proudly announces the appointment of Dan Costantino as its new Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).

Dan Costantino joins ModMed with a distinguished career and extensive experience in information security and technology leadership. Prior to this role, he served as Vice President and CISO at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing cybersecurity measures and safeguarding critical information assets. His expertise also includes tenure as Chief Product and Information Security Officer at a prominent fintech firm, and as Chief Information Security Officer and Associate CIO at Penn Medicine, a leading academic medical institution in the United States.

Throughout his career, Dan has been recognized with multiple awards for his contributions to cybersecurity, including CSO50 Awards and recognition as CSO of the Year. His strategic leadership and commitment to enhancing IT infrastructure and cybersecurity programs have earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor across various sectors, from healthcare to finance.
