Mark Adamson brings over 35 years of exemplary leadership in the global building products sector to OBE. His distinguished career includes successful tenures as CEO of Fletcher Building and Formica Corporation, where he drove substantial growth through strategic initiatives. Adamson’s expertise also extends to private equity as an Operating Partner, where he collaborated closely with management teams to enhance operational excellence and foster expansion.

Mr. Adamson, an alumnus of Northumbria University in the UK with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Finance, is also a qualified Chartered Accountant from Deloitte.
OBE extends gratitude to Michael Marcely for his interim leadership as CEO and welcomes his return to the role of Chief Financial Officer.
