Kirchner, currently a Senior Partner in the firm’s Technology & Experience practice, brings over three decades of strategic technology consulting experience to this pivotal role.
In his new capacity, Kirchner will oversee West Monroe’s largest office, driving client development initiatives, talent management, and community engagement efforts in the vibrant Chicago market.
